What are you addicted to? Me, I’m addicted to books, gardening (though I’m not sure how I’d take that to an island in Maine) and I kind of like the ear plugs idea. I work in an environment where it’s perfectly acceptable to just walk into someone’s cube and tap him or her on the shoulder, asking a completely mundane question that would have taken 5 minutes to look up. I don’t even remember what complete silence is like.
