If you’re a programmer, where do you fall? I’m pretty low on computer science (probably has something to do with the psychology degree), high on software engineering and leaning towards the higher end on Programming, Experience and Knowledge.
I appreciate that the person who came up with the matrix understands how important all of those things are, not just the Computer Science part. To write good code, you have to have decent amounts of all of the topics to really be considered complete as a software developer.

This is a really interesting matrix. It does a good job of expressing things we already know how sophisticated other developers are in different areas. It seems like it could be useful for rating/comparing candidates.
